All pieces belong to the Museum of Hatmaking''s collection, and in May 2023, this collection received an Honorable Mention in the Incorporation category from APOM – the Portuguese Association of Museology.

Hats from the world

If to the joy of travelling we add the interest for History, culture and pleasure of discovery, we might want to bring with us a little piece of each one of those places. These places are so different from us but together they are not more than a “WE” in another cultural context. The exhibition “Hats from the World” is a result of many of those trips and of the generosity of those travellers who have offered to the Hat Museum a hat which they brought from different parts of the world.
