A museum for everyone
The Chapelaria Museum is an inclusive space, designed to allow all visitors to enjoy the experience without barriers. All areas of the museum, including outdoor parking, are accessible to people with reduced mobility, and wheelchairs are available for loan.

Accessibility conditions
All areas of the Museum are accessible to people with reduced mobility, including parking spaces outside the museum.
Content is available in Braille. The route is defined by tactile flooring. Along the route, we display materials "for you to see with your fingertips."
The Museum has adapted restrooms, with a changing area accessible to everyone (from babies to seniors). Wheelchairs are available for loan.
Admission is free for people with a disability of 60% or more; accompanying personal assistants are free when essential to the Museum visit. Free admission also applies to guided tours.
Assistance dogs are welcome.

Families
Baby strollers are welcome at the Hat Museum. You can access all exhibition floors through the lift or ramps. We provide an area for changing diapers of your baby in the toilet of the temporary exhibition (ground floor). The museum also has a microwave to heat the milk or water for your baby.
